Structure and electrical properties of Ca2+-doped (Na0.47Bi0.47Ba0.06)TiO3 lead-free piezoelectric ceramics

The lead-free piezoelectric ceramics (Na_.47Bi_.47Ba_.06)_1-xCa_xTiO₃ (x?=?0, 0.01, 0.02, 0.03, 0.05, and 0.08, abbreviated as BNBTC/0, BNBTC/1, BNBTC/2, BNBTC/3, BNBTC/5, and BNBTC/8, respectively) were obtained using the solid-state reaction method. The structure, electric conductivity, and dielectric, ferroelectric, and piezoelectric properties of the Ca²⁺-doped (Na_.47Bi_.47Ba_.06)TiO₃ ceramics were thoroughly investigated. The ceramics sintered at 1200?°C exhibit dense microstructures, having relative densities higher than 96%. The X-ray diffraction results demonstrate that all ceramics have a pure perovskite structure. The mean grain sizes of the ceramics are related to the Ca²⁺ quantity. A small quantity of Ca²⁺ ions (x?≤?0.03) improves the piezoelectric and ferroelectric properties of the samples. The dielectric behavior of the samples is sensitive to the Ca²⁺ content and electric poling. The results demonstrate that the electrical properties of the (Na_.47Bi_.47Ba_.06)TiO₃ lead-free ceramics can be well tuned by varying the Ca²⁺ quantity.     

Effects of Cooling Rate and Component on the Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Mg–Zn–Y Alloys

The microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg–6Zn–1Y and Mg–6Zn–3Y(wt%) alloys under different cooling rates were investigated. The results show that the second dendrite arm spacing(SDAS) of Mg–6Zn–1Y and Mg–6Zn–3Y is reduced by 32 and 30% with increasing cooling rates(Rc) from 10.2 to 23 K/s, which can be predicted using a empirical model of SDAS=68 R 0:45:45cand SDAS=73 R 0c, respectively. The compressive strength of both alloys increases with increasing the cooling rate, which is attributed to the increase of volume fraction(Vf) of secondary phases under high cooling rate. The interaction of the cooling rate and component with SDAS has been theoretically analyzed using interdependence theory.

气烟囱效应——礁滩相岩性气藏的典型地震响应特征

品质良好的地震剖面上出现的地震模糊带称为气烟囱，发现和识别气烟囱是寻找大型气藏的有效方法。四川盆地东北部长兴组气藏是礁滩相岩性气藏，礁、滩作为一个独立的岩性体，与周围的地层、岩性结构差异较大，由此在构造应力场中形成力学尖点，从而产生气烟囱效应。已知的黄龙场、普光等气田，其气烟囱普遍存在。点礁通常形成下方的气烟囱，台缘礁通常在上方形成气烟囱；礁滩相在构造运动中控制了断层的发育过程，凸起的礁滩相上方可能发育对冲断层；斜坡较陡的台缘礁可能发育叠置的逆冲断层；礁、滩两侧边缘的断层一般都比较发育。断层发育加强了气烟囱效应。模拟试验验证了地震剖面解释结果。根据气烟囱地震相特征，预测黑池梁存在一个大型气藏。     

世界FPD的强势发展及其竞争态势

世界经济东移已成共识，20世纪是美国的世纪。21世纪是亚洲世纪。历史告诉我们：20世纪的标志性产业之一无疑是LSI。LSI是电子设备的心脏，正是它领导了电子工业的前进，当然地成了美国的重要战略产业。21世纪是视图时代，新世纪引领电子工业发展的是FPD，它是人与电子设备鲜活的界面，是提高和改善人类生活的重要一环，肯定是新世纪的标志性产业之一。事实证明，它已成为今天亚洲国家或地区的重要战略产业。 针对我国实际，作者2004年便提出了我国电子产业要由大变强，必需LSI与FPD“双业并举，共同发展”，不能再走先LSI后FPD的老路。为此，本刊不断发表文章，大力呼吁，愿智者垂听，愿读者赐教。[编者按]     

Effects of genotype and treatment on the antioxidant activity of sweet potato in Taiwan

Six genotypes of sweet potato commercially available in Taiwan, including TNG57, TNG66, TNG68, TYY1, RP and WP, were used as samples in this study of the effects of steaming and kneading with pre-steaming treatments on the antioxidant components and antioxidant properties of methanolic extracts. Steam treatment increased the total phenols contents of all genotypes (2–13 times), flavonoids content of RP (1.3 times) and anthocyanins contents of RP and WP (5–6 times). Steam treatment also increased the reducing power and scavenging DPPH radical effect of sweet potato flours. For the methanolic extracts of steamed and kneaded flours, reducing powers were 0.02–1.70 at 5.0 mg ml⁻¹ and the scavenging effects on DPPH radicals were 19–92% at 2.5 mg ml⁻¹. Both showed the order of RP > WP > TYY1 and TNG66 > TNG57 and TNG68. However, the chelating effect of the six genotypes at 1.0 mg ml⁻¹ ranged from 50% to 73%. Contents of total phenols, flavonoids, and anthocyanins of sweet potato flours were significantly positively correlated with the reducing power and scavenging DPPH radical effects. After steaming and kneading treatments, RP showed the highest increase in the contents of total phenols, flavonoids and anthocyanins among the six genotypes studied.     

垂直铺膜防渗技术在大堤防渗加固工程中的应用

在高水河大堤防渗加固工程中,根据堤身的实际情况,结合地质和施工条件,采用压力灌浆及砼地下连续墙相结合的方法来进行垂直铺膜防渗加固。通过对垂直铺膜前后测压管水头对比研究,分析了大堤外观干、湿土变化和大堤内干土质量密度、密实度的变化,说明了垂直铺膜防渗技术在大堤防渗应用造价低,防渗效果显著,有利于改善大堤的稳定性和安全性。垂直铺膜防渗技术应用于临时防渗及平原低水头水库和河道堤防等工程,实用性强,具有推广价值。     

化学复合镀层激光处理研究

研究了激光处理对Ni-P -SiC化学复合镀层的影响。借助于扫描电镜、能谱仪、X射线衍射、显微硬度计等设备对激光处理后复合镀层的表面形貌、组织结构及性能进行了综合分析。结果表明 ,对复合镀层进行激光处理可以获得与炉内加热同样的镀层硬度 ,且当激光功率 4 0 0W ,扫描速度 1.5m /min时 ,镀层硬度高于炉内加热的硬度
